| Although I've never had to deal with it directly, I know how difficult mental illness can be to deal with. It seems that one of the most common symptoms across the whole range of mental problems is the tendency to refuse medication. My dad assisted someone with severe paranoia and bipolar disorder for a few years and he did the same thing. I wish you the best of luck dealing with this and I pray that you're able to come up with a medication scheme that truly works.
