Lets try this again. I'm noticing that when I'm isolated, relatively, I seem to experience a stress which does not feel like loneliness but which does go away when I connect with the right people. It's counter intuitive that it would not feel like loneliness if it is. The other surprising part is the fact that the loneliness seems a bit more manageable when I worry about it. Otherwise it either hits me as a vast drain on my vitality or in destructive habits like increased over-eating and drinking soda pop. Any ideas on how I might reprogram myself to seek necessary contact unconsciously without having to either "worry" or go through a drawn out process of suffering and diagnosis?
