Default how do you pick yourself up after being hurt

one year ago i went on a quest for truth in my life,everything was good i was motivated, full of energy, then i discovered something that i didnt like, since then my life has been a mess i feel sad and hurt. At the turn of the new year i decided that i have to pull myself together and am struggling to get back on track,deep down i know that i am a strong person and will hack this, but it is very difficult to be positive when you feel that your life has fallen down around you.has anyone got any advise on how to get back on the right path.Thanks

I hope its not inappropriate to share those but thats generally what I do,is look for inspiration in quotes ,movies , clips etc..I constantly reprogram myself by putting positive stuff in. I don't really understand your question but this speech probably saved my life

thanks for all your help . Ithink that this whole situation has left me feeling unfullfilled with my relationship . The thing is i know that we love each other very much, so i guess that is what i will have to work on .When we are together everything is great but when we are parted i go to pieces.

You should try to get more involved involved in your hobbies and separate yourself from negativity (such as negative people, surroundings and events).

If you cannot distance yourself from bad influences, just try to focus on any good thing that comes into your life. Try to find good aspects in every situation.

This way your mind will not absorb any negativity and so only positive things will manifest in your life.

Every experience in your life is an opportunity to learn more about yourself and make peace with yourself, no matter how painful the situation is.

You said it was about your husband and you found something out that you did not want to know about. Why not? No matter who your husband is, or what he has done, is it not better to know him for who he is? Rather than what you imagine? How can you extend grace to yourself and your husband during this growth spurt of yours?
