Love is connection. Unconditional love is seeing 'another' as self -- so all becomes self after a while (oneness). That's all.

Unconditional love is not what you read on Hallmark cards or see on TV. That's all egoic delusion. Even "I love you" will never be love because it is confirming the denial that we are all separate. If you want to be more accurate "I love" is better to say than I love you. Try it. It feels better.

How do you do it?
let go of the denial that we are separate.
Be able to see yourself in everyone and everything you meet, they are mirrors of you
If any resistance comes up, work on those thoughts. If you need help with that... Byron Katie's Loving what is is great.

Great discussion. I'd love for Parthon and Angela to do a write up on how they "unleashed" unconditional love. Specifically how they think others can cultivate it.
