 afraid to check email
I sent an email to my boss on Friday and now I am afraid to check my email to see his reply. I am supposed to be working right now and instead I am actively avoiding because of this fear. So I am posting here and I will now go check it and tell you the results.

 i'm a maroon
I was all freaked out because he had asked me if I could work on a side project to look at some code and make modifications and after looking at the rat's nest I decided I didn't want to bother trying to modify it because it really needed to be completely redone. So I sent him an email to the effect and I was afraid he would be upset but... he agreed with me! Thanks for holding me accountable, I've been putting this off since I sent the email Friday night.
