Default Favorite Mantras?

When I yank myself up from slumbers in the early morning to go for a nice 45min jog, I like to yell things at myself and gently drill them into my mind while I pound away at the sidewalk.
Tony Robbins handed me the idea.

Some favorites:

"Everything you take you lose. Everything you give you get to keep"
"I finish everything I start"
"theres no better time than now"

They sound even better when you can hear how i sing them

This is part of Access Energy Transformation: "all of life comes to me with ease, joy and glory." I repeat that at least 10 times each morning and evening and quite often in between.

Hong Sau (pronounced Hong Saw)

Ohm Shanti Shanti Shanti

I am the Light where God shrines through,
For God and I are one, not two.
I need not fret nor will nor plan,
He wants me where and as I am.
If I can be relaxed and free,
He'll carry out his plan through me.
