I’ve hit a few personal/financial bumps in my life this year and It is very painful. I’m 29 and I fill my day with loud music and watching cartoons and junk. However, I’m still doing well at my job. ( even at work I have to blast my ipod to stay focused) My concern is that when I’m not escaping I’m prone to crying spells and getting down on myself. How do I snap out if this? In Ronda Bryne’s “Secret” said you can be happy no matter what is going on. And I feel I am trying to be happy but it is costing me my time, energy, and personal projects I want to focus on. I’m trying to correct my vibration by not focusing on my problems. As far as my problems are concerned, I’ve done all that could to fix them. I’m just dealing with the consequences right now. |

| FINANCIAL BUMPS Financial problems come from having expenses that exceed income. Such resulting deficit must be financed with loan or credit and that costs interests. Without debt Total paid = Price With debt Total paid = Price + Interests So with debt you are paying an expensive price for something that is cheap. How to measure if your debt is too high? If your monthly payment is higher than 10% of your monthly income, you have a high debt. If your total debt is about 1 month of income, you have a high debt. So you must reduce your expenses to start paying your debt, and you must not get new debts. It is going to be tough for you. If the problem of debt is caused by compulsive purchasing, I advise to use cash instead of credit/debit card, so you see the money you spend. For compulsive purchasing you might need to solve the inner problem that leads you to be compulsive. ESCAPING REALITY If you want to escape reality, learn about drawing. Buy some good books at a local store and start to create your dream world. Arts is a great way to escape reality and be submerged in a world of yours. CRYING WHEN FACING REALITY My bet is you have some biochemical problem in your brain. It may be caused by an unsolved personal situation in your life which needs to be attended, or it is just a biochemical disorder. What is certain is that such continuous crying is not natural and needs attention. What is certain also is that we want you to be fine and happy, so you bet that we might help as much as we can, within our limited possibilities. |

You only need to know about the basics of chord theory and time steps. Do not make music to have anyone's approval. Do it to express what you feel. Music is the expression of what you have in your soul. Some people may like tropical music, some may like techno, some may like experimental, etc. If you submit your music for someone's approval it depends on the musical taste if you get positive feedback of not. Making music is another great way to escape from reality. The result is something that you may keep and listen. I do not advise use of drugs, for drug addiction adds an extra source of stress due to dependency and money requirements to pay for the vice.
