If someone gets into trouble consistently when sending emails, I suspect that OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) could be present.

What do we know about OCD related to emails?

What do you mean? As in content? Or that they can't pull themselves away from email? I believe there are certain internet addiction disorders that are just starting to be studied, which may be what you're talking about
