For the past days I've beet getting increasingly negative and angry for no reason. Normally I'm a very calm and laid back person, but lately it seems that I'm in a constant state of irritability. I keep loosing my temper over the slightest of things, and sometimes I get so angry that I hit things (even expensive ones, like my LCD monitor). Anyone have any suggestions of dealing with this irritability and how to decrease it? |

Anger and irritability are signs of anxiety. What's eating you -- work? family? school? friends? boredom? Usually I get difficult to be around when I feel like I don't have control [over my work or time or whatever], so I criticize every thing and everyone around me. Could this apply to you?
