Default Negativity, irritation, anger

For the past days I've beet getting increasingly negative and angry for no reason. Normally I'm a very calm and laid back person, but lately it seems that I'm in a constant state of irritability. I keep loosing my temper over the slightest of things, and sometimes I get so angry that I hit things (even expensive ones, like my LCD monitor).

Anyone have any suggestions of dealing with this irritability and how to decrease it?

Anger and irritability are signs of anxiety. What's eating you -- work? family? school? friends? boredom? Usually I get difficult to be around when I feel like I don't have control [over my work or time or whatever], so I criticize every thing and everyone around me. Could this apply to you?

Figure out what your values are and then do what you enjoy.
