Question I want to learn about EFT

Do any of you know what kind of materials such as books and videos I should look at to learn more about EFT so that I can apply it to my life. There are several issues that I wish to fix that EFT could very possibly help me with. I have an addictive personality and currently have porn addiction and other emotional problems.

I like this site: EFT Therapy - Emotional Freedom Techniques Information, Resources, DVDs and more. There is a nice free tutorial for beginners, and much more.

Good luck on your way!

I did some of this last night... it's deceptively easy. So easy that I'm not sure why there is so much literature on it. All I know is the "basic formula". Seems to good to be true. But I feel some relief when I do it.

You can try this website:

Success Beyond Belief with Brad Yates

This website tells you a lot about this EFT techniques. The difference is that they call this technique as 'etappings'. I tried the free etapping on how to change. It seems to give the effects.

Default Ptsd

I'm wondering if you may want to read a book called The Betrayal Bond by Patrick Carnes.

It's about breaking free of exploitive relationships. The author works with addictions and finds that trauma is at the heart of alot of it.

I'm a counselor myself, and I'm working through some reenactment problems that arose from early childhood abuse trauma.

I'd be interested in talking to anyone else about PTSD, trauma, EFT and EMDR.
