Default Can Too Much Freedom Be Bad

Just saw this very interesting video by barry schwartz

Barry Schwartz on the paradox of choice | Video on TED.com

He talks about how too much freedom or choice can raise our expectations to the point where we are never happy with our decisions. Some very good points in here but the only solution he offers is to reduce the number of options we have. I think you can solve most of the problem just by changing the way you look at things and not expecting to find the perfect stereo, car, wife, job etc.
