Isn't it truly beautiful when individuals got the strength to stand up for their ideals and openly admit their weak points - these are innocent child-like qualities.

Embraced flaws make for happiness and ease...

So, what about most of us that hold on to our feelings and thoughts - what should we do in order to accept life as it is and to let go of our unskillful behavior?
