Talking Milestone of sorts

Today marks the 31st anniversary of the death of my mother. I was ten at the time and since that time have had a lot of trouble with the emotions surrounding this day. I got up today and acted as though this were my birthday for some reason. It felt to me like a very special day and I had very few if any negative emotions that I usually associate with this day. I have been focusing on some very very heavy intense issues lately that have spurred on some really intense growth. I know that I am not done with the emotions that arose from this event, but this is very very very encouraging.
