Lightbulb Living With Uncertainty

Change can be a really frustrating process, not knowing what the outcome will be puts us in an undesirable position...

It's hard to let go of thoughts like this.

Personally, I find the present moment soothing.

What are your experiences of uncertainty and how do you deal with it?

Uncertainty for me generally revolves around a lack of knowledge and/or fear.

To overcome I trust myself and work to remove it.

To overcome lack of knowledge I research the area and put a plan in place that will give the greatest chance of a desirable outcome.

Default surrender

in my experience, if you feel uncertainty regarding a situation, a decision or a person your uncouncious mind hasn't decided yet or you are afraid to trust the messages you get. maybe you can't feel it because of fear or because you don't like what you get. usually your inner core knows whats best for you. so just wait and see. surrender! it is the only way that works for me.

I look forward to uncertainty by recognising that without it my life would be boring. I tackle it in a general state of enthusiasm and positivity that makes getting through it much easier.

YouTube - Tony Robbins motivates you in 20 minutes: TEDTalks - in this youtube video, Tony Robbins talks about uncertainty as one of 6 human needs we have to fulfill in order to succeed in life.
