Default Jittery Personality

Please help me to know what is jittery personality? What characterizes a jittery personality? What one should do to overcome / improve on this? Is it possible to change one's long lasting characteristics?

Not sure what you exactly mean by a 'jittery' personality...

It's always possible to change. Life is change. Look around you, people and the whole universe is in constant change. You can therefore use this law of life to make positive changes in yourself! Try Self Hypnosis. Record your own scripts to polish up your personality. Powerfull stuff....

Are you speaking of an anxiety disorder, or something different?
