Default anti depressants

hi everybody, Im on anti depressants for my menstrual cycle and they seem to be stopping the raging pmt I get two weeks before my period. I was wondering why though I seem to be less sensitive to things when on anti depressants. Normally when someone says something hurtful I would be upset by it but now I just don't seem to be bothered. I was put on anti depressants not because I was depressed but because I got very bad PMT but Im just confused as to how it could be affecting me in this way too, it's a bonus like but can anyone explain it to me? thanks

I'm not sure what you're on...
but it sounds like what they put you on numbs your nerves, or keeps them calm somehow.. that and contains a balance of your hormones...

Being overly sensitive is part of the PMT side but also antidepressants will help to calm you down. Sounds like they are working well for you.
