Very interesting article. I've been using #15 alot lately. Napping is one of my most favorite things in the world to do.

No offense, I get the play on words, but just the words "murder stress" makes me tense. Perhaps words like "melt away stress" would create a better effect. It makes me think of war protesters - trying to use fight energy to end war instead of using peace energy.

No offense taken. The idea behind my title was to make it stick out from the crowd of relaxation articles. Thank you for opening me up to your perspective
