Very interesting article. I've been using #15 alot lately. Napping is one of my most favorite things in the world to do.

No offense, I get the play on words, but just the words "murder stress" makes me tense. Perhaps words like "melt away stress" would create a better effect. It makes me think of war protesters - trying to use fight energy to end war instead of using peace energy.
