| Hi there, Why is that when I really worry about something the next day or a few days later something works out, regarding work/jobs? It happens so regularly to me it's not funny. I will say to myself, nothing will come up now, it just impossible and then I stress about it all night in my sleep and the next morning I will get an email with some work coming through. It's so bizarre. I've written in my blog about it too and how I shouldn't worry because something always works out, even when I think it's impossible. I'm starting to think it's about the energy you put out, and because I am so consumed with the thought that something out there takes notice. I mean LOA, is meant to be about the power of positive thinking, but I seem to do the reverse - the power of negative thinking brings on a chain of events. Very strange. What do you think of it all?

Think about it: throughout your life there are probably thousands of things you've been very stressed about, and every one of them resolved itself eventually. After facing all those scary, threatening situations over the years, you have ended up alive and well, sitting here in front of your computer. If you are in the habit of worrying, that means you are in the habit of making situations appear to be more difficult than they actually are. When the situation ends up not being too bad, you might be surprised that your worries were unwarranted. Worry does nothing to change the outcome other than putting yourself in a state of suffering until it is resolved. I hope you don't convince yourself that worrying attracts good results; that would lead to a lifetime of unnecessary stress for you. This is bad for the body and puts you in an unenjoyable state of mind for most of your life. Try releasing your worries as they arise; just live your life and watch it unfold without insisting it be a certain way. Amazing things will happen. |
