Dennis1 is on a distinguished road
Default obsessive

Hi my name is Dennis and I am obsessive keep reading to find out more about me I am new here. I am going to start taking medication soon but in the meantime I need some advice on how to cope.

I notice many things that an average person doesnt like certain noises for long periods of time or if I am writing I keep thinking about my pencil/pen. When I walk around a parking lot I keep looking into car windows to see if anyone is looking at me and I overthink all the time.

My obsessive behavior worsens with poor sleep. While some people are able to get little sleep or be tired and still function I feel angry and very tired to the point where I cant think or remember very well and keep getting stuck on thoughts. I dont have many friends because I dont agree with how people my age (seventeen) view the world.

I beleive we are all in this together living on a marble and we should do our best to acknowledge human beings and help them putting ourselvs second (this is not a religious thing most people dont understand thier own religions anyway). But back to the OCD is there any way to cope with this or will I just have to suck it up? By the way nice to meet you = )
