My parents don't seem understand what I am going through. Frankly I don't understand it myself. I never experienced these sorts of ticks before. I have never been this depressed or traumatized by anything before. My mother threatened to kick me out of the house, but I have nowhere to go. What do I do.... Sometimes I feel disillusioned and don't even know where I am. I need help! I drove yesterday all the way to the town where my ex lives. I was going to leave a book on her front porch. I would have never behaved like this in my past. I can't stop obsessing over her. Something is seriously wrong with my mental state, I fear. And my ticks aren't getting any better. Obsessive thinking about my ex.... WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!! Whatever is going on with me, i want it to stop! Last edited by Chado2423 : 03-08-2008 at 03:27 PM.

Lost of people get better from that kind of stuff, so don't stress out about it. Even people with Tourette's syndrome - which is probably a MUCH worse thing than what you're currently challenged with - can have their symptoms alleviated. Check out Paul McKenna's video where he helps a guy here: YouTube - Paul Mckenna - I can change your life - Programme 1 You may want to look into some Energy Psychology stuff. The Sedona Method is great, and then you have stuff like EFT and TFT, Z Point Process etc etc. Find what works for you. Take it easy with this. It could just go away by itself too. It's truly amazing how much we can change - just by using the Sedona Method I've had problems disappear for no seeming reason whatsoever - suddenly, your problem is just gone, and you don't even think about it until someone reminds you of the time when you were suffering from this and that etc.... I wish you the best of luck, my friend!

People with time to obsess about anything just have too much time on their hands. Get busy with YOU and forget about ex-girlfriends. You, your future, your growth and your path. Very busy. Jennifer
