Matrix Energetics Healing seminars taught by Richard Bartlett

There's a video on the site if you want to see better what it's all about. I attended a seminar recently and here are my thoughts...


Matrix Energetics is the brain child of Dr. Richard Bartlett, I started with reading the book on a friend's coffee table and decided there and then I had to see it for myself. The idea of Matrix Energetics is to step outside the normal paradigms of pathology and appreciate that really nothing physical exists, everything resides in a state of information which can be changed with focused intent.

The seminar I attended to place in late 2007 near JFK airport, New York, the price was very reasonable for three days and an evening, however the hotel could have been chosen much better, it's a shame to fly for 7 hours and only see an airport which a lot of people had to do. With that out the way the experience itself was remarkable, of around 600 people attending with Dr. Bartlett's manic energy he managed to have a great deal of those on stage to experience transformation or mind, emotions and body.

Diametrically opposed to the book, which is presented in mostly understandable terms the seminar was a flurry of information delivered at break neck speed, the video on the link above is very tame compared to my experience indeed. Dr. Bartlett flashes through slides with long quotes from sub-atomic physicists faster than it's possible to read them let alone understand them, I believe the idea is to information overload to illustrate that as a conscious individual you can't observe the natural state of the quantum world because you keep changing it's nature, so don't even try. The slides are handed out in a binder to go over later in your own time.

I was the third or fourth person to be brought up on stage, Dr. Bartlett put my hands on the back of the last person to go up and asked me just to feel what changes, her back felt like it melted to jelly, when she stood up again her posture was noticeably better. Then it was my turn, the sensation was overpowering, a powerful electric sensation flooded down my spine and I lost consciousness briefly, I released a lot of tension and for the next couple of weeks had some very strange visions while I was half awake. Results were very variable from person to person, some left with the pain they came with but other transformations were astonishing.

The seminar also covered using what Dr. Bartlett calls "modules," the idea of a module is that a knowledge field exists around everything formed by group consciousness, if you want to use acupuncture on somebody then use you your intention to invoke a given field for somebody, therefore all healing modalities become available to you, which is a far out and fascinating idea. To use Matrix Energetics you must not buy in to the idea of treating a problem, or even that there is a problem, or time, physical matter, chakras, meridians, or anything, you must step completely out of the way and accept there is just information. I can't say I know I've managed to use what I've learned, as I use various release techniques to become less attached to the materialism I'm sure I'll be able to "trust" more as Dr. Bartlett says and be able to use it better.

Sounds wierd. I feel like I've heard of it before, can't remember where. Reminds me of the Scientific Christian statement of Being:

There is no life, truth, intelligence, nor substance in matter. All is infinite Mind and its infinite manifestation, for God is All-in-all. Spirit is immortal Truth; matter is mortal error. Spirit is the real and eternal; matter is the unreal and temporal. Spirit is God, and man is His image and likeness. Therefore man is not material; he is spiritual.

I haven't gone into it but I understand that repetition of this phrase cures any sickness or lack.

I <3 Dr. Bartlett's work. I've used some of it myself. The trust factor and letting go of any outcomes really disempowers the mind/logic and opens you to an infinite number of choices. But I gotta work on that trust thing.
