Default Belleruth Naparstek's Audio Spa - Guided Meditation

This weeks session is from her CD Health Journeys Guided Meditations For Help With Panic Attacks.

Free Weekly Guided Imagery Sessions from Belleruth Naparstek and Health Journeys

Her tapes and CD's have really helped me through some difficult times. My favorite is her Post Tramatic Stress Disorder CD. It really helped me to make some shifts towards healing on a deep level. This Panic Attacks CD is newer and I don't have it yet, but I really liked what I heard on the audio spa. I don't suffer from Panic Attacks a lot anymore, but they still come up sometimes. I think it would be nice to have a tool like Belleruth's Panic Attack CD to use to ride them out.

The free 15 minute guided imagery meditation offered on her website is also a nice introduction to her work. I think she's a treasure.
