 your experience with Holosync ? hello, I have gained benefit from the newsletters at Center Pointe research. Have also listened to the demo of Holosync. What has been your experience as a "paying" customer? My research has indicated positive experiences with Centerpointe/holoysnc. Thanks for your feedback. | I've been using Holosync off an on for about 2 years. I own the actual program which I think is called "Awakening Prologue". Anyway, I think it is very effective for deep meditation, relaxation, and even getting rid of headaches. After a one hour session, I "wake up" feeling very refreshed like I just slept an entire night and also wondering what the heck just happened! When I first got it, I was using it every day for about a month. What they say about deep-seated emotions (and even anger) coming to the surface is very true. I had some very strange experiences as my brain was being "re-wired". However, I suspect you have to stick with it and do it much longer than 1 month for it to have lasting and permanent effects. Max
