Question your experience with Holosync ?

hello,

I have gained benefit from the newsletters at Center Pointe research. Have also listened to the demo of Holosync. What has been your experience as a "paying" customer? My research has indicated positive experiences with Centerpointe/holoysnc. Thanks for your feedback.

I got the demo CD at one point and have wondered about this too. I don't know, either. It'd be interesting to see if anyone continue further than the demo and what their experience was.

I never did holosync, but have done something called holotropic breathwork in the past which is similar. I found it useful.

I've been using Holosync since May of this year. I have found it to be most beneficial.

There is a great discussion here: Powerful Intentions holosync forum

I've been using Holosync off an on for about 2 years. I own the actual program which I think is called "Awakening Prologue". Anyway, I think it is very effective for deep meditation, relaxation, and even getting rid of headaches.

After a one hour session, I "wake up" feeling very refreshed like I just slept an entire night and also wondering what the heck just happened!

When I first got it, I was using it every day for about a month. What they say about deep-seated emotions (and even anger) coming to the surface is very true. I had some very strange experiences as my brain was being "re-wired".

However, I suspect you have to stick with it and do it much longer than 1 month for it to have lasting and permanent effects.

I've used holosync for I think 2-3 years now and it works for me. More awareness, calmer and all that. I like it.

Old topic--not sure that people really are interested anymore.

I have only used Holosync, and I hadn't meditated much before using it, but I am on Awakening Lv3 and feel much more aware when I am engaging in a behavior that is "bad" such as acting out of pride, anger, etc. On the downside, I seem also much more sensitive to what I eat. I started around the time I finished high school, so some of the symptoms may be simply of "growing up." I've also found that my meditations when NOT using Holosync are much more interesting and eventful than before. I don't meditate every day, because I often get restless and irritated when mediating with Holosync too often. I am often restless during the day though, so that may just be my temperament. But when I am ready for more, it feels really good.

Now if I LIE DOWN while using Holosync I'll fall asleep within 10minutes.

You made me laugh!

This is so true and some of Bill Harris' friends are shy to say this in front of him, but it is great for jet lag, and it is great when you're feeling stressed. This happens to me rarely, but when I wake up and can't go back to sleep because my ego is having a mental 3 ring circus, Holosync solves the problem.

It has improved my memory, my creative problem solving, my disposition and my ability to concentrate. I think it works even if I fall asleep, because I do that a lot. There is a recommendation in a recent article that you might be interested in.

I actually started Holosync because of the purported health benefits, and because it sounded like a cool experience, not because I had trouble with my life or my emotions. But I have definitely experienced 'something else' during the time I first got Holosync and now.

I told my family that it has helped me improve a great deal in emotion control, but I'm at a critical stage of life development (late teens) and they just attribute it to that. Can't really prove otherwise, and don't need to.
