Default The Science of Optimism & Hope

If there is anyone interested in being a therapist or life coach then this is a must read book on positive psychology. It's superb personal development information that challanges traditional therapy replacing it with something much better that can be used by coaches and therapists alike.

Robert,

Thanks - that's really cool. I'm reading it online now.

There's some interesting material on Martin Seligman's "learned helpfulness" research and the development of "positive psychology".

It's very relevant to a midlife career changer like me.
