Hi all...

I'm doing abit of research on Holosync and i'm interested in some of your opinions on it as i'm sure many of you would have tried it out, given its popularity....

I was very keen on giving it a go at first but then started to read many reviews of negative side-effects such as increased anxiety / stress ect...

I currently suffer from general, and social anxiety which is my main reason for wanting to start to use the programme but i'm abit scared of the potential negative effects so don't know if it's the way forward....

Any advice and experiences with the program would be very much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!

More people experienced positive effect then negative. So you have good chances to take best from it. Even if you'll have negative side-effects you can immediately stop experiment. I didn't try holosync myself.

I was researching the book The Secret because my nephew insists that I read the book or watch the movie. I came across this website and in a forum here I found a link to the following article:

An "E-Interview" with Michael Hutchison

After reading the article it became very clear to me that the "coincidences" Hutchison referred to God calling to him to come out of the darkness he had been living in. I see holosync as dabbling in the supernatural. You are only headed for trouble...it may not come right away, but it will come.

I am a born-again Christian and things like this that attempt to take the place of the one true way to know peace scares the daylights out of me. And the nice thing about my beliefs and my peace is that it is absolutely free. Jesus Christ paid the price for me.

Please, forego ordering these mind-altering cd's and go to the local bookstore and buy a $9.95 Bible instead.

I wouldn't recommend Holosync, it's way too expensive. There are lots of better systems out there for a lot less money, or even free. Brain Sync and Hemi-Sync are the two best. There's also Bwgen, free software for brainwave entrainment.

It's nice that you share your views, but please don't do it from the perspective that everyone has to adopt them.

I've been using Holosync technology for a 4 years or so now, sometimes more often, sometimes less. All I can say is that in those times where I didn't have positive motivation and a supportive environment, both socially and otherwise, it didn't do me any good to listen too much to Awakening Prologue or some of their other products. It really does dig up negative stuff from your subconscious and if you don't have ways to deal with this and good reasons to do so, you're better off not dabbling with that for the moment.

But if you first transform your environment into an even slightly positive one, make sure you have support, encouragement and inspiration flowing towards you, then by all means take advantage of their technology if that feels like something you want to play with!

I can't comment on how their products compare to similar ones by other people and companies. From my point of view there's probably a few cheaper ones out there, some with comparable quality. One reason why I do trust the quality of their products though is because Learning Strategies use their technology and that's a great company as far as I can tell and have experienced

I have been using Awakening Prologue for a year now and had nothing but good results. I'm happier overall, I'm able to focus longer on my work, negative thoughts and feelings are much, much less and I sleep much better.

I would definitely recommend it

@ waiting4him There's probably no other product in the history of mankind that has altered as many minds as the bible. It's definitely not doing the trick for me. However, I accept that for many other people the bible and christianity are very important. I just wish that some of these people would be more open to accept other people's views and beliefs as well
