| How far can we take the idea of making habits? Spend thirty days being productive and you turn yourself into a productive person. Wherein lies our motivation. The good feeling inside our selves when we do what we want to be doing. So... Question for you guys (and gals... or I can change it and make it "people"). Question for you people, you humans. What makes you happy? Where are your earliest moments of happiness? What is most embedded in your phyche as a "good time." For me, one moment that I had in pureh happiness (otherwise known as bliss) was laughing. |

| A great deal of joy can be found in any day and any place if you stop what you are thinking about for a few minutes and think instead about what you are grateful for. I've only been doing this for a few days (since I saw The Secret, where I got the idea), but I suspect if I make it a habit to think in terms of gratitude and not complaint, then I'll bring into my life much more happiness and positive mental energy. |

| I've found happiness in giving and being grateful. But the real joy I've experienced has been the joy which comes from silence.

| The time I've been most happy in my life was probably when I was a kid, without any worries, fears, regrets etc and all I cared about was playing football with my friends. Also, I think the more glimpses of happiness you get, the less content you are. For example once you know what being in love feels like, or what it feels like to really connect with someone and make a positive contribution, the harder it is to find happiness in lifes trivialities.
