I really am. How the semester has gone, and how I've been dealing with my problems both in academia and emotionally have really started to disgust me. And you know what? I'm over it. Today's a fresh new beginning. I'm not letting anyone get in the way...even myself

That's the spirit! Sometimes you have to get to the stage of utter disgust to start changing. Don't stop. And if you do, forgive yourself and keep going.

Good for you!!! I'm with you.....sometimes you need to get sick and tired of being sick and tired in order to prompt the neccesary changes to start taking control over your life....

make sure you don't think any less of your decision in a few days. thats always where i fail... instead make sure it's an ongoing thing. keep that attitude constantly, at every second of the day. good luck to you
