Best temper helps make best state, while best state helps make quick success possible. Controlling temper sometimes means avoiding bad things to happen. But how to do? The solution seems easy, but it needs a lot of exercises. First of all, Temper controlling should begin from the state when we are calm. Now let’s begin. 1 To image what kind of person you will be when coming across something bad? Because you are in your good state now, you can think clearly and sanely. Just suppose what action you should take? What you should speak? What posture you should have? Now, let’s calm down again. Are you full of anger in your heart just now? If so, just think how to improve the result of questions to make you feel better. Repeat such questions and answers until you can smile and calm when thinking of bad things. 2 Change your memory actively. Do you have such an experience that your cannot control your temper when coming across some certain situation or people, or sometimes just a word or a look? If so, your action is probably inertial. How to change that? Just like step 1, we should ask ourselves some active and effective questions: A) Do you want to change or must change? B) What is the detail information when you cannot control your temper? Your look, your tone, the speed of words, your action, your breath. C) If you can control your temper, what kind of perfect result do you want to get? Just like step B, write down the detail information. D) To achieve such a result, how can you change the bad situation to a risible situation? for example, you can add strange music or strange sound to your imagination. E) Repeat step c) to d) until you feel better. The suggestions above are simple, but the key lies in two points: 1) your will. Want to change or must change? 2) Patience. Repeating such steps seems easy but is the most important. If you will, I also am honored to share some experience on child temper control with you.
