Default I think is about emotion

I have a problem, with this.

When I'm almost to fight someone, or challanged by someone I feel my body shaking, and my knees week.I know that I could beat that person, but I don't want to have problems after, because 99% of times when I've got into a fight the one that challanged me was unconcious, or with a lot of damage.I have trained in kick box, and karate in past, and I've have some experience, but I have this problem when someone want to challange me with words.

What is my problem ?

It is probably a fear of confrontation, even though you are physically prepared for it, you are not necessary mentally prepared.

I think you problem is that you overreact to a fight. It's very important to be more "relaxed" inside because otherwise your energy will become "clogged" and you won't be 100% efficient.

It sounds like you feel threatened. It is the opposite of feeling relaxed. If you are truly relaxed, you cannot fight, because you are not threatened.

We have different values! For me, you are just beginning to see a bit of sense. I don't see it as a "defeat" to walk away from a confrontation..I see it as a victory. Some people's pride and need for self-validation is so strong they will cause physical harm to other people just to feel good about themselves. If you didn't care what they thought, because you KNEW you were better than them, you wouldn't need to waste time hurting people, and getting hurt. I think violence is stupid!

If they attack you, you can defend yourself. But it sounds like 8 year olds in school calling each other names and trying to prove who has the biggest wang. Basically sounds like you are still caught in the middle between wanting to kick the crap out of them like a kid in the school playing ground, and getting strong enough to use your brain to stop your emotions from doing damage to people. It is about emotions and adrenaline. Good luck!
