 |  Hypnosis, subliminal audio programs.
Hi everybody, I'd like you to share any good hypnosis/subliminal program that helps you elevate your mood and reprogram your mind. I am currently using Paul McKenna's audio programs and I find great value in them. I use one program for weight loss ( and am losing inches instead of weight) and one for general self confidence. I must admit that I am a sucker for the Brit accent, and any suggestion with someone with a British accent sounds good to me!
