Default help

Hello everyone,
i just need some opinions and I like the people here.

tend to feel emotions that other people are feeling. I dont know what this is. For example, in a movie, if one of the characters cries, i cant help but feel really sad and I actually cry. Not a very manly thing to do in a class full of guys! If they are getting hurt, i swear i can feel it!

Whenever im in a crowded place, i tend to become overwhelmed with different emotions. Being in highschool doesnt really help. I dont know if i should go to a psychiatrist for some help, or what.
Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
thanx and love to you all.
