I have recently heard Doyletics mentioned around here. It sounds very interesting. Has anyone tried it? What are the results? I read a brief rundown on it. Here it is: The basic idea seems to be in helping to trace the feeling back; find a particular feeling and say "I am 25 and experiencing this feeling" (doyletics teaches you to say 'doyle', what's the diff) "I am 20 and experiencing this feeling" "I am 15 and experiencing this feeling" "I am 10 and experiencing this feeling" "I am 5 and experiencing this feeling" Then switch; "I'm 4, am I experiencing this feeling?" "I'm 3, am I experiencing this feeling?" "I'm 2, am I experiencing this feeling?" "I'm 1, am I experiencing this feeling?" "I'm 9 months old, am I experiencing this feeling?" "I'm 3 months old, am I experiencing this feeling?" "I'm 1 day old, am I experiencing this feeling?" "I'm minus 1 day old, am I experiencing this feeling?" Apparently, at some point the feeling is supposed to disappear... |
