Im sorry to start again a thread with negative side but my life become a chaos. Im married have a job that doesnt satisfy me, complaining a lot about everything low on selfdiscipline, in one moment even tried to hurt myself really bad. The main thing i guess was that i tried to educate myself to gain a University degree 3 times in my life and third time it was 5 years ago. Im 33 now near 34 and i cannot think in a rational way. Every day i feel pain. My eyes head , body. I started to forget things lost 2 mobile phones and 2 keys from my office. There is one thing when im with people i cannot behave rastionaly like im compiting with everyone that i meet. I think that i made a major mistake when i started to think that the world is not and like im no part of it. I started to mix what is general and what personal to me like somone is speaking about the weather to another person and im messing oin this conversation withoiuth being invited to it. With other words im spending most of the time in the day by looking what other people do or say and not what i can do or say. like im waiting something to fall from the sky. I have severe pain in my body and im frightened that im destroying my life and life of loved ones. My loved ones said that talking doesnt motivate me and people i look doesnt to. Hi gocest, Are you able to afford to see a doctor? You might also want to look at these treatments and supplements: Clinical depression - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia I don't know your financial situation and your ability to afford treatment, but the supplements listed on that page can do a lot towards helping a person overcome depression and anxiety. I especially recommend Vitamin B-12, oily fish, fish oil capsules, or other healthy fatty foods that include EPA & DHA. If you have chronic physical pain or anxiety however, you may want to see a doctor. |

Hi gocest, I really think that you should take the advice that Zukin gave you earlier. There are all sorts of help available but I recommend that you see a professional for some guidance and help before you try something on your own.
