Tropicana Group Rate - Thu. 12 Jan rate is not $135
 

It is only $10 cheaper than a normal rate (Deluxe Room both cases). Is it a mistake or this is the way it is ?

It seems the 'culprit' is Thu. when the rate is $279 instead of $135 it should have been. $135 /day was in the e-mail I received after registration too.

That is interesting. We purchased our reservations about 2 weeks ago, and Thursday was somewhere between $140-160 at the time, while all other days were $135.

Looks like they are getting filled. I noticed that their pricing goes down after that week.. way down. I guess they really up the price for strip hotels during winter break.

I just tried to book the hotel room, but I got this error: "Unable to verify special offer or group code entered."

When I had checked last week, all was okay. And now I see that the hotel is totall booked on the 12th! Oh no! :(

I am staying at Hooters on the 12th and then moving to the Tropicana. I believe they are close.
