Default Problem lucid dreaming

Hi just had a couple quick questions. Itd be nice to get sum advice
Okay so ive lucid dreamt (or at least I think they were lucid dreams) twice and the first real one I broke out of my normal dream and I woke up in my room and took a couple deep breathes to settle down my paranoia. Then I wiggled my fingers and toes and broke some of the paralysis away. thought ”mmm I wanna leave now.... I dont like this scary feeling....”. So I started contemplating ideas to wake up, since jerking my head dosent work (anymore). i got the idea that maybe sleep paralysis is acctully sleep walking! So i thought maybe if i sling shot my head on edge the bed i would awake. Didnt work. So then i tried reaching around for my phone to get to my flash light app and shine it in my eyes. It took me a while but eventully it appeared! I looked at the screen and the wierdest thing ever happened! It was some app on my phone i have never seen before! It read off some words that just sounded crazy or mad, and the backround was trippy. Finally i went back to sleep. The other time was in the day so i broke completly out of paralysis and looked around the room and got up and shut the door. Then i got bored and went to sleep., i woke up not knowing i was still dreaming but somehow i figured out i did, so i went back to sleep. Then i woke up AGAIN not knowing i was dreaming and startes getting ready for school and putting on clothes, and out of the corner of my eye a shadow moved quickly so i feel to floor scared and realized i was still dreaming! I started crying with fusteration and paranoia, and then woke up in waking life.

So my questions are:
1.) Were those lucid dreams?
2.) How do i leave my room and out of the house without paranoia/anxiety?
3.) when i do start getting more advanced with lucid dreaming how will i talk to people if im scared theyll do something sudden or scary?
4.) How can i levitate out of my room?
5.) What are so calming techniques i can us e?
