Following Steve's remarks about broadcasting one's desires and comments I received from people who wanted me to share more, I started a personal blog on Tumblr: Andrew Wilcox

I realized on Friday that my involvement as a moderator on this forum is now a neutral. I've been a moderator on this forum for 3 years this month (If you wonder, I started out with a different username and switched username a few months ago). Being a moderator and deeply involved on this forum was a huge positive for a long time, and I've grown tremendously as a result - both from what I've learned on here, and from creating deep friendships and relationships with people I've met on here.

However, as a result of the growth, my involvement as a moderator on this forum is now just a neutral. As Steve also said on Friday, what is neutral in life is actually holding you back because it is taking the time, space, and energy from what could be positive.

During the exercises on Sunday in which we were supposed to pretend to break up a relationship/job situation, I decided to do it for real and went up to Steve to tell him I was resigning as moderator on here. A few minutes ago, I posted my notice on the mod forum to let all of the other moderators know about my resignation.

So, that's one a big step for me. I'm feeling like Steve Carrell now when he was doing his last show for The Office. He resigned so he could move on to bigger things, but he was sobbing at the end of the show. I feel that way now.
