 |  Meetup call - defining the time
This weekend we plan to make a meetup call like we did most prevoius weeks. Usually it started at 8 a.m. Pacific time on Sunday, last week it started 7 p.m. Pacific time on Sunday. Who want to attend and will attend? What's your offers about time? |

I like the 7pm Pacific time and can do that on this Sunday Nov 7  As for what I would like to talk about: how about pick one specific goal to accomplish for the week. Mine is to not fill my extra time with watching things online/reading, but to consciously choose what I'm doing. To be more specific with an example, this means that instead of reading a random novel while eating lunch by myself, I think about my day and jot notes in my journal. Similarly when I'm cooking, doing laundry and brushing my teeth. Sounds insignificant I know, but I find myself using these techniques to avoid really consciously thinking about my day.  |

I would really like to participate, however currently do not know where I will be or what I will be doing as I will be somewhere in the English Countryside, and do not even know if i will have internet access or not

Actually, when I last chatted with Pavel, he said he'd be gone this weekend, but that he might be able to make it back in time, he just wasn't sure. 7PM PST works for me, and incidentally that's early morning Monday in Moscow where Pavel is. Hopefully he'll be able to join us.

Update: Okay I think I'm coming down with something, so I'm not going to be able to make it this time. It's been on and off the past couple days, and I thought I was over this virus/energy/thing, but now I'm feeling woosy again and my energy level is very low, which is very unusual for me. So I think it would be better if I took it easy, perhaps made a fruit smoothie, and I sat out this week. I hope Pavel comes back in time to host, otherwise I suppose you guys could just PM each other your skype screennames. Looking forward to hear from you next week. good luck, Andreas |
