For anyone on the fence about signing up for one of the upcoming workshops, these are my results post CGW 2 (links lead to detailed descriptions on my blog):

1. I stopped drinking
2. I decided to leave Mexico (my partners at CGW may remember me giving my power away to my location during every exercise)
3. I committed to my goal of becoming a professional speaker (after about 17 years of "incubating").

None of those things were *easy* and I did them anyway. And I made the decisions on items 2 and 3 just recently - not during the post-workshop euphoria.

These are the visible outside changes. I don't even know how to describe the internal changes. I'd say "confident" but that doesn't fully describe it.

Congratulations Patty...Way to go..Letting go of alcohol in my opinion is an acheivement by itself. Probably, might be giving the clairty and consiciousness to make more conscious choices. I'm proud of you..Would you mind sharing what steps you took to let go of it?

Good to hear Patty! I partnered up with you during one of the exercises at the workshop and remember you mentioning some of these points. I have some experience in speaking so will be glad to share any tips and resources with you!
