Hi David, It was nice to meet you. Thanks for all the advice. I am still processing... Anyways, I unpacked and assembled my new Hurom juicer today. I am planning to do a juice fast sometime in February since it will have been three months since the last time I did the Master Cleanse. Sonya |

| Realizations from the workshop
Wow, so many great realizations from the workshop last weekend! Got caught back up after the trip. Direct changes I have already made: 1) Quit my job! (and accepted the other job offer) 2) Broke up an unclear relationship 3) Hosted my biggest game night ever (30 people in my home)! 4) Had a wonderful conversation with my daughter about how we would like to express love to one another. 5) Have continued the vegetarian (mostly raw) diet and am loving how I feel! 6) Have committed to learning to use Facebook and journaling more with it. Since I have returned from CGW2 I've sold my house, decided to leave the area that I have been staying, started working with new a coaching client, and made a decision to release some family and friends from my life while actively seeking like minded people to hang with. I'm going to Florida for a week and back to Illinois to move stuff out of the house, then to pack a much smaller amount of stuff in my motor home for a road trip which will have many planned stops.
