Default Group mediation Anyone?

Hey all...

I like to meditate for about 20 minutes in the morning...If anyone is interested...I would be happy to lead a morning meditation session.

I would do the standard mediation seated posture, straight back, soft belly, relax your jaw...all the normal stuff...

Then do a body scan...those are always fun...

Then you get to play around with intentions...and I shut up for about ten minutes...

...last five minutes is a chakra tune up...I have a way of juicing up the spot between the 3rd and 4th chakra...get your fire burning big and bright all day.

Post here if you are interested.

I'd be interested, but only if the meditation is silent.

We could do that do. For the 20 minute session above I would speak a little bit during the beginning and at the end with silence in the middle...but if you just want to get together and be still and quiet...that's cool too.

It would be my preference to just be together in silence before the workshop but I meditate a great deal everyday. So, if more people are interested in a guided meditation then you should go ahead and do that without any consideration toward me.

Gotcha...I meditate nearly every day as well.

We'll see what kind of response there is to a group guided meditation...so far there doesn't seem to be much interest.

CHEERS!

I'll probably go for it - sounds like a good idea!
