if there is any agenda than things are more organised.

Hey Sanjay,

Glad to hear you will make it! That's funny, because I plan to draft a proposed agenda for this meetup as well as the in person SoCal Meetup group...you are correct, agendas are always a good idea.

i have some question regarding our talk. i try the problem-solution technique which all of you guy told me. but i am not able to perform it perfectly. i am asking from futuremyself that how can i solved this particular problem but i find that i am not able to find the answer. could you please write some more details about this procedure so that i can understand that i could not make the mistake to follow up with procedure.

Hi Sanjay!

Steve wrote about this meditation a few years ago. Follow this link. That should help you out.

I've been doing a simpler version of that meditation since I was a kid. I had never meditated before, but I just figured that one out somehow. Steve's is even better. It's my favorite.

Hi, Sanjay;

Sorry I missed you on the call, but just wanted to chime in and say that this meditation (see the link Matt posted) is a really good one if you keep at it. Steve's shorter version at the workshop of meeting and speaking to your future self was great also.

I was frustrated at the workshop because I got no answers during that meditation - really frustrated - but I know that at home, when I do the full one as per the post, it always works wonders for me.

Keep trying, and try talking to your past self first...you may not give 'answers' so to speak, but you may find 'you' giving 'yourself' a certain sense of confidence and maybe direction...then turn and look for that same sense of direction from your future self also, as a start.

thanks mattyblue and SMA for your response. because of the internet failure i could not catch you but it is strange that from today morning i am looking for something to meditate and you guys exactly tell me what i want. thanks.
