actually yes, you can, look at how many options you have: - use Google Translate Google Translate - buy a dictionary / use Google Translate and join an online multi player game if you like playing games and chat with people in English. Most of people there are kind to people who don't speak English well. - Participate in forums like this. Use Google Translate to understand what people are asking and then try to write an answer in English using dictionary / Google Translate to help you - Open a website about something you like to learn or talk about and write articles in English the best quality you can (you can always improve them later) |

Children learn a language by copying the way people in their enviroment speak. If you are at a forum like this, look at the way other people express their ideas. There are a few rules in the English language. A sentence is supposed to start with a capital letter. It's usually supposed to end with '.', '!', and '?'. Look at how other people use paragraphs. When do they decide to start a new one? |
