So I'm at an interesting crossroads. I went to the SRW last weekend, with my goal for the workshop being to polarize. Over the last two years I have been very me-centered and have gained an enormous amount of power as a consequence-some of my more notable results have been getting a phenomenal job, tripling my income, and going from socially awkward to being able to make a good impression with pretty much anybody. So I had planned-committed, even-to head down the Left Hand Path. But my experience at the Workshop was completely the opposite, it was a very unity-centered space and it felt wonderful. I "surrendered", and I've had so much joy ever since leaving the Workshop that I can barely contain myself, I want to hug everyone I see! I can clearly tell that these two paths are incompatible. I cannot focus on my individuality and unity at the same time, and I'm not sure which way I want to go now. So I'm doing a 30 day trial where I'll focus on unity, being heart centered, and loving everybody. This should be fun |

Posting all the results would take way too much time, so here are a few things: My story changed. I used to have a story where I would achieve a lot, and reach great heights, but ultimately be lonely. This...is no longer true. A very deep belief of mine has changed. Manifestation has become ridiculously easy. Spending a few seconds thinking "I want some excitement, I want to win this game, I want to lose this game, I want some joy, I want some relaxation, I want money" and it happens almost immediately. I made work ridiculously easy the other day. I got something done in 7 hours that took two very smart people about a month earlier. My coworkers are kind of freaking out because NOTHING is going wrong, which has never happened to them before :P. Inspiration is coming in very strongly, almost too much to handle at times. Whenever I follow inspiration, even if it contradicts what would be the logical or expected best path, it turns out really well. A simple example is games: I'll frequently get inspired to make moves that, probabilistically speaking, are not the best move. But they always turn out right. It's a little freaky. My best friend exorcised some sort of demon-thingy from my right arm. I was sick for two days, but recovered MUCH faster than expected-because I was so capable of healing quickly. Here is a list of some manifestations in no order: -I wanted to make an appointment at 7:00 for a very busy hair salon, but didn't call them during the day. I just showed up, and normally they're completely booked...but that day, they had one spot open at exactly 7. -I had the thought "I highly recommend being lucky". I then saw the word lucky in about 8 different places, and in that day and the next found several stores I'd been looking for right next to separate stores that I went to for different reasons. -I won a game of Blokus against my Coworker, who has played about 50 games without losing in the last 30 days. One of my inspired moves seemed TERRIBLE to everyone, including myself, but it turned out to be the move that won me the game. -I thought it would be convenient to have wi-fi on the train so that I could attend an online hangout tonight. BAM! Amtrak rolls out Wifi on the train I take for the very first time. -I've accomplished a completely ridiculous amount at work. |

I should note that while it's not unusual for me to manifest fantastic things into my life, it is new for me to do so without meditating. None of the manifestations I mentioned were through meditation, they were all through essentially casual thought.
