What would you think of a person who has these thoughts?

Sparrows
Sparrow, with your puffed up chest and your piercing eyes
You are like a statue of Life
Small enough to fit into my hand
Yet bigger than the Universe.

Balancing on the branch like a circus performer
You show me the force of Nature
I will never take the minute things for granted anymore.

The blues
Apparently blues musicians often have a very hard life.
They sing of hardship and troubles.
A negative affirmation???
Life is cruel and unfair.
God must be a stoned, crazy mother♥♥♥♥er.

The blind man
Today I saw a blind man in the station, walking around with one of those blind people sticks. I have seen those blind people with sticks before, and was usually pretty impressed with their courage to walk around all alone and they seemed to do pretty well, too! But this man today was bumping into EVERYTHING!

He walked straight towards walls and I couldn’t help finding this very funny and letting out a chuckle. Why do we get so much pleasure from other people’s misfortunes? Is it because deep down we all feel inferior and love to project this unto others? God, what a depressing thought! I’d better get back to drinking my bacardi cokes and ignoring life’s deeper issues.

Red wine
Does a wine connoisseur drink wine from a glass?
What the ♥♥♥♥ for?
If you drink a lot of wine, you must be at least a semi-alcoholic.
So it makes a lot more sense to drink wine straight from the bottle.
Or is that just my drunken brain talking now?

Bush
George Bush is an alien.

Mom

My religion

Advice
Take advice from whoever is nearest and you’ll end up wishing people weren’t so stupid.

Having it all
Manuel's theory: The people who try to have it all, are the ones who have the least.


Slowing down and smelling the flowers is important
But how many people actually do this? It seems to me the world is filled with unimportant things.

Treat others the way you would like to be treated
But if you treat yourself like crap, wouldn't it make sense to treat others the same way?

Life
Is it always worth living? What is the point of celebrating the gift of Life if your life is so full of pain that it far outweighs the pleasures?

Smoking
Kissing a woman who smokes is like licking an ashtray.

Drugs
Alcohol: the legal drug of the common man.

My parents
Went from Gods to Normal People to Sheep.

Hospitals
Why are hospital rooms always so white and bleak and why is the food so crappy??? When you are sick, THAT is the time you should be eating healthy! Why not decorate the rooms with plants, beautiful art etc. to enhance a person's spirit and regenerating powers, instead of making them feel like they are already with one foot in the grave? Am I the only one who sees the ridiculousness of this? A sense of humor seems like a basic necessity to me to keep your sanity, as I once read "not a shred of evidence exists that life is serious". I say to Thee, behold a hospital and realize the truth of this!

God's way of apologizing for my parents

I believe in God because…
the Universe is obviously not random, so something had to create it.

I don't want to give Him the satisfaction.
