Nurse Chapel always liked him one-sidely. Two women he was temporarily with while his brain was being messed with somehow. And the Romulan Commander and he had an affair when he was (mostly--a little Romulan Ale and some orange stuff

Otherwise, I want to be rover from 'The Prisoner' (Old TV series, but so what). ‪Enter Rover‬‏ - YouTube Why do I want to be Rover? A bubble that makes elephant noises and sucks people up is the strangest thing I can think of at the moment.

I've been thinking about this. There's a ton of movie characters I admire and am inspired by, but none I would really want to be. I do want super powers, though. Lots of character I adore, and some I relate to...but... I just want to be me. And 'me' is really flexible. The characters I adore, I'd feel too challenged to be. The characters I relate to don't leave enough space for me to start to leave my flaws behind. I like the real world honestly, because of it's potential for change, and the problems set before me are mine to solve. Why would I want to be transported to a fictional universe...and solve problems already solved by the writers? Explore universes lacking the complexity and ambiguity of our own? Fiction is a vehicle to frame and explore our own universe, paradigms, identities. It doesn't stand on it's own. If I had to pick one, though, it would probably be Batman. |

| Obviously mine too. But really, though, it's a fantastic episode: probably the best in the third season. They could have made that plot into a movie, DC Fontana is an excellent writer, and Nimoy's favorite writer of the series (mine too! Quote:

Besides, I think she is always flirting with Batman. So if you are Batman, I have to be Cat Woman.

Well, as someone already chose Batman I'd say Kong Ming/Zhuge Liang from Red Cliff is my runner up. He's also a historical figure and as I'm in a lazy mood I'll just link the wiki article: Zhuge Liang - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Scroll down to, "Borrowing of arrows with straw boats" to see why, exactly, I'd want to be like him. Or hell, I'll just quote it: Quote:

I do love Clementine. You know, I think I like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind as a whole, more than just her. Jim Carrey's character is also great, beautifully understated. Also, Cado, somehow it's right that you would choose Batman. Awesome story, too. A character I recently discovered and adored, Loki: ![]() I love me a good anti-villian. Especially a sexy sexy sexy one. |

It's pretty good, as a movie. Strange, but entertaining and visually stunning. Good mortal characters, too. But Loki

I use to read a lot of Norse mythology (just secondary sources) and I liked Loki. He turns himself into a horse at one point and I think produces an offspring with someone else's horse. ... Thats not the reason why I liked him though. I'll have to go and see it; I want to see how many other Norse figures show up. For some reason, I thought it would just be Thor.
