Default George Washington Carver

Read a biography of George Washington Carver. I am amazed by this man. All his life was entirely focused on what he could do for other people. And he expected nothing - absolutely nothing in return. He did not even collect all of his pay checks. He was the single handed force behind the complete transformation of agriculture in most of the southern US. One of his quotes

Quote:
Start where you are, with what you have. Make something of it. Never be satisfied.
Whenever you are feeling down, read about him. A never ending source of inspiration.

It was this one..
Amazon.com: George Washington Carver: An American Biography (9780385030458): Rackham Holt: Books

Not sure if it's available. But really, any book on this man has to be inspirational.

What is the significance of the quote?
