"2. I wish I didn't work so hard."

This one resonated with me, especially as it was mostly males who expressed this view. I remember growing up all my dad wanted to do was forge me into a hard worker, and he was and is still a hard worker himself.

But I can tell that he would no doubt trade all of those days of working his butt off in order to do things that he really enjoyed.

Working hard is great but if it is work just for works sake it only makes a person tired.

Ideal now is to take time out to enjoy each moment that lays ahead ...
...Pretty cheesy huh'
until one day when you lay there regretting of what could of been OR what should of been if only you did this or that?

Quite consciousness raising.
At first I thought this would be my biggest a-ha moment:

Of course! How could I have forgotten this? If the spirit imprints onto the body, then etheric blockages would naturally manifest as physical illness.

Kinda gives a whole new spin on "to thine own self be true".
