Default Polarity Redux

As my last thread has reached five pages and is relatively dead, I thought it best to let it lie and start this discussion fresh.

So without further ado, here's the follow-up article I've been alluding to: Polarity Redux | Stripping the Emperor

Achilles came up to him as it were Ares himself, plumed lord of battle. From his right shoulder he brandished his terrible spear of Pelian ash, and the bronze gleamed around him like flashing fire or the rays of the rising sun. Fear fell upon Hektor as he beheld him, and he dared not stay longer where he was but fled in dismay from before the gates The Iliad

Great article, its wonderful you have put a signpost here. Lately I've been feeling like a pinball, during the day I loose it thinking I'm nuts other times I see see my body as only as tiny person very much like my hand.

This the part where I have to navigate by candle light isnt it??

I think a problem with polarity concept is that people read about it and get stuck debating it for years without actually using the concept to better their lifes.

I`ve done it for shure. Stuck, trying to "get it all" and understand it. And then fearing what I`ll become if I did polarize. But you can only really start to grasp it experiantially.

Take polarizing with inflow, ie darkworker. Sounds bad to begin with. Focusing on self-love instead of unconditional love for all. In my experience, truly loving myself has increased my capasity for feeling love and compassion. As a side-effect, I have more compassion, understanding and empathy than ever before. From an outside perspective, you`d think I was outflowing. But focusing on inflow and attracting automatically causes an increased outflow of energy. Just like focusing on outflow, giving and creating will automatically cause an inflow of energy.

At the end of the day, polarized people, lightworkers and darkworkers alike, focus on what they want with high intensety and energy. This is probobly the hardest habit for a person to form. In the beginning, sitting down in silence for an hour will cause anxiety. The focus is all scattered. As you develop this habit (for like... thiiity daaaays), your ability to focus your attention improves immensly. And thinking about what you want fills you with joy and happiness and high high high motivation. And doing actions become a joy and a pleasure. Even working eighteen hours a day, it does not feel like "work", cause you start to love what you do. I mean, think about it - One of the first articles on polarization was "Achieving peak motivation".

Cado, I couldn't understand your article. Maybe it's because I'm oriented the other way but it seemed too vague for me to find a clear meaning. Maybe a specific example would help. I was interested and kept waiting for all to be revealed but it only seemed to get more mysterious.
