Default Need recommend education+psychology books

Hello.
I am a student and I need to make a final work of some kind. I chose as a topic the terribly sounding "Satisfaction of students with choice of a school" but it should be more awesome than it seems.

Basically, I have three goals of the work:
1) To find out how much the students are satisfied with their choice of a school (no matter what kind of school)
2) To find out by what criteria did they make the choice
3) To suggest what change in school policy would actually help them to make a better choice. For example, typically the kids are taken to an office with a computer, run some tests and queries and then the computer tells them that they don't fit into any particular job. That's all the preparation of the future life they provide us here.

But for the work to be valid, I need to provide quotes and excerpts from three real books. I need something on self-knowledge or personality analysis and benefits of thereof for education and quality of life.

I will need the books definitely in a month or so. The problem is, they told us that pretty late, they should have told us at the beginning of the year. So I had put together a provisory list:
Gifts Differing: Understanding Personality Types
Autor: Isabel Briggs Myers
Motivation and Personality
Autor: Abraham Harold Maslow
Page-a-Minute Memory Book
Autor: Harry Lorayne

These are last minute finds, but not definite. I wanted to pick something from John Heron, but his books are more therapeutic than about education.

Please, do you know about any suitable books?

I don't think the books you listed have anything to do with the three goal you put forward.

Given the topic I would recommend: "The Paradox of Choice".
